Our programming staff and quants work closely with traders to help them automate any or all of their trading process.

A lot of things have changed over the years we've been trading. Due to the rise of the bots, short-term traders' speed advantage has dissipated. Our strategies still work, but we way we used to work our strategy doesn't work.

Increasingly we are seeing that by using computers to be in the places we want to be at the right times we can beat the bots at their own game. We believe that a good trader, armed with the ability to tune, turn on, and turn up models based on what he is seeing in the market, is the wave of the future. Good traders need better tools to exercise their judgment.

We are constantly evolving our technology tools to give the traders more power. We've got great quants and developers.
